1) Enquire about our portfolio of properties (“Properties”)

2) Lease the Properties, pay rents/ service charges/ penalties, etc. related to Properties

3) Renew lease agreements related to Properties

4) Receive all communications related to the Properties rented to them such as without limitation: circulars, notifications of service interruptions, planned maintenance activities, etc.

5) Upload their KYC documents such as passport copies, visa pages, ID, Trade license, etc. as required

6) Change and update their contact details

7) and any other Service that may be added to the Portal from time to time.

INFORMATION COLLECTED AT REGISTRATION AND ITS USAGE
When you register to our Portal, we may collect:
• Your personal details, including your postal and billing addresses, email address(es), phone number(s), date of birth, gender, and passport or ID number

• Your account login details, such as your username and the password (encrypted) that you have chosen; and

When deciding how long to keep your personal information after our relationship with you has ended, we take into account our legal obligations and regulators' expectations.
